PRODUCT ENGINEER - PROCESS M/F

Your tasks

You will take charge of the design of new products following the client's specifications, the design (modeling, calculations) and the production of the tooling and equipment necessary for manufacturing, and participation in production testing phases before startup, all while taking into account quality/cost/deadline criteria.

Within the Bureau d'Etudes et Méthodes Industrielles, in collaboration with the project manager, you will be required to work on structural parts such as roof tops, electric vehicle floors for the automotive sector or cryogenic tanks, satellite structures for the space sector. Our clients are major accounts in the transport sectors, equipment manufacturers or constructors (STELLANTIS, VALEO, ALPINE CARS, ARIANE GROUP, CNES, THALES ALENIA SPACE.).

Requirements

A mechanical engineer, you possess solid experience, ideally 10 years, in the metallurgy sector. You have in-depth knowledge of metal forming trades, composite materials and their manufacturing processes, and the ability to design and produce complex mechanical tooling. Skills in CAO (SolidWorks, Catia), finite element analysis, and fluent English are imperative.

Open, curious, creative, and possessing strong interpersonal skills, you are conscientious, methodical, organized, demanding, and autonomous. Proactive, you know how to analyze and anticipate, manage priorities and emergencies, and work in project and team modes. You appreciate the versatility of tasks and natural reporting.
