Motion Design Intern

Job Summary

• As a Motion Design Intern, you'll help our team create the everyday social media content that keeps our clients' brands visible online - short videos, animated graphics, and simple motion pieces for social channels. Alongside this hands-on work, you'll get trained on how we use AI tools (for generating images, video, voice, and music) to make video production faster, learning step by step together with other team members who are picking up the same skills. No prior AI experience needed - just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibility

• Help produce everyday social media videos, animated graphics, and simple motion content for client brands.
• Learn to use AI generation tools (for images, video, voice, and music) as part of our production process, with guidance every step of the way.
• Understand the storyboards, finding references and manage assets for each project.
• Support basic editing and finishing work in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
• Join training sessions with the team as everyone builds up AI production skills together.
• Follow project briefs and brand guidelines closely, apply feedback, and ask questions whenever you're unsure.
• Keep track of your tasks and give regular progress updates to your supervisor.

Required Skills/ Abilities

• Basic knowledge of design/motion tools (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), even at student-project level.
• Willingness and curiosity to learn new AI tools and workflows — no prior AI experience required.
• Attention to detail and care about visual accuracy (color, product, logo).
• Open to feedback and able to follow instructions closely.
• Organized and reliable; able to manage a few small tasks with deadlines.
• Basic English reading ability (for tool guides/tutorials) is a plus, not required.

Experience and Education

• Currently studying or a recent graduate in Design, Multimedia, Animation, Motion Graphics or a related field.
• Final-year students who can commit full-time are especially welcome to apply.
• School projects or a simple portfolio showing interest in motion graphics/video is required.
