Sales Recruiter & Manager - Dates Street Selling

JAK is hiring a Sales Recruiter and Manager for street date selling in Egypt. You can sell dates yourself and/or recruit sellers and build a team (preferred). Check-and-balance system:

• Quality check before selling
• Daily sales and cash reporting
• Strong managers get more sellers and move up
• Weak results move down and get fewer sellers

Responsibilities:

• Sell dates on the street if working solo
• Recruit and onboard street sellers
• Train sellers on price, location, and selling style
• Track each seller daily
• Collect cash and send clear reports
• Choose good selling spots and grow sales
• Protect carts and stock (company property until settled)
• Build a team that can scale

Requirements:
