About the company

We're a small, ambitious team growing fast, and we want someone who's excited to grow with us.

Hairplant helps people with regaining their hair, from their first questions to their treatment in Istanbul and the months that follow.

We believe the best content doesn't feel like advertising. It tells genuine stories about real people, their experiences and the confidence they gain along the way.

Your tasks

You'll work directly with our Marketing Director, get hands-on experience with everything from shooting to editing, and have the opportunity to develop your skills in storytelling and video production.

  • Film and edit engaging short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and other social platforms.
  • Travel to Istanbul to document our clients' journeys, experiences and results.
  • Help produce larger video projects in Denmark.
  • Work on long-form content, including YouTube videos.
  • Develop creative concepts, find interesting angles and turn raw footage into stories people actually want to watch.
  • Create content for both our Danish and international audiences.

That's exactly what we want you to help us create.

Requirements

We're looking for a creative and ambitious Content Creator / Videographer to join Hairplant.

Who we're looking for You don't need an impressive CV or years of experience.

We're looking for someone who

  • Loves filmmaking, editing and storytelling.
  • Knows their way around a camera and editing software, preferably Premiere Pro.
  • Understands what makes content valueable
  • Is proactive, curious and comfortable taking responsibility.
  • Is happy to travel and work in different environments.
  • Can work with both Danish and English-language content.
  • Wants to learn, improve and become genuinely great at their craft.

Most importantly, you care about telling a good story. Not just making something look cool.

What we offer

  • A chance to develop your filmmaking skills from A to Z.
  • Direct mentorship from an experienced videographer who genuinely enjoys sharing knowledge.
  • Creative freedom and real responsibility from day one.
  • International travel and experiences, with flights, accommodation and meals on work trips covered.
  • Access to training facilities, a stocked fridge and other team perks.
  • A close-knit team where your ideas and work make a real difference.
  • A paid, junior-level position with room to grow.

How to apply

Forget the formal cover letter.

Instead, send us

  • A short introduction about yourself.
  • 3–5 videos or projects you've created.
  • One content creator or filmmaker you admire, and why.
  • Bonus: A short video introducing yourself.

Show us what you can do. We're more interested in your creativity, energy and potential than what's written on your CV.

We'd love to hear from you!

Other

This isn't a job where you'll spend every day behind a desk. One week you might be filming in Copenhagen, the next you'll be on a plane to Istanbul, documenting real people going through a life-changing experience.
