Salary: 200,000 - 250,000 Working days: Mondays - Sunday (one day off) Availability: ASAP Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lekki Phase 1 for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations , ensure efficient workflow, manage staff and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include coordinating schedules, optimizing operational processes, managing inventory, addressing client and team needs. Additionally, the role requires continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational excellence. Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage operations and team effectively
• Proficiency in strategic planning, process optimization, and resource allocation
• Experience in client relationship management and excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills to address operational Challenges
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently
• Experience in the beauty or service industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
• Proficiency in using management software or tools is a plus.
