Job Description

To assist the Fleet Manager in fleet vessel's SMC Management.

Monitor vessels' compliance to International / Local Rules & Regulations, Safety Procedure and Environmental Protection Requirements

Fleet Safety, nautical and operation requirement

Fleet maintenance of ISM/ISPS/MLC Code

Conduct crew interviewing/training/familiarization and MLC compliance

Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for oil major inspections, (SIRE), statutory surveys, related matters and follow-up

Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for Internal Audit and Internal Safety Inspection

Incident / Accident Investigation and Reporting

Job Requirements

Holding valid CoC 1 or 2.

Minimum 1 year sailing experience as OOW is required.

Good Communication, Analytical and Team Player

Proficient in English (written and spoken).
