IT Support Technician

Join our team as an IT Support Technician. Provide first-level IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist end users. Roles And Responsibilities Serve as first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email

Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end users

Walk the end users through the problem-solving process

Escalate to Level 2 Technical Support for deployment when necessary

Provide accurate information on IT products or services

Record events and problems and their resolution in logs

Pass on any feedback or suggestions by end users to the appropriate internal team

Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures

Follow-up and update end users’ status and information

Keep track of all escalation until resolution or closure

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Technical Skillset Familiar with Windows OS (Windows 10, Windows 11)

Excellent hardware and software problem-solving skills

Ability to seek solutions to problems using one’s own resources

Able to work with a team

Job Requirements NITEC or higher in Information Technology.
