Product Manager (m/f/d)

Since 2007, BORA Lüftungstechnik has been bringing fresh air to the kitchen industry with innovative products and a creative team. Our dynamic company is characterized by flat hierarchies and a lot of fun at work. Together with you, we want to redesign the kitchen living space.

For our location in Niederndorf/Tirol (near Kufstein), we are looking for the following to expand our team, starting immediately, full-time: 1 Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for assigned new product developments as well as the assortment and lifecycle management of BORA devices

• Definition and prioritization of product requirements in close cooperation with the development teams

• Responsibility for fulfilling customer needs and the overall customer experience with the product

• Constant updating and monitoring of business plans

• Communication with internal stakeholders to support the success of the assigned products with necessary measures

• Observation of the market and competitor environment to identify opportunities for the further development of the assigned products

• Responsibility for design conception in cooperation with internal & external partners

Your profile:

• Completed studies in business, engineering, product design, or a comparable field

• Professional experience in product management, ideally in the household appliance industry

• Teamwork skills and experience in managing cross-functional projects

• Analytical, structured, creative, and innovative mindset as well as technical affinity

• Solution-oriented way of working and strong presentation skills

• Determined personality with strong communication and assertiveness skills

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

For legal reasons, we are obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2,633.77 gross per month based on a 40h/week. The actual salary is based on our attractive, performance-oriented salary structure and is significantly higher depending on qualifications.
