Research and Development (R&D)

English; Japanese language skills are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop new products based on customers requirements. Prepare engineering drawings, specifications, and BOM. Support prototype preparation and new model development. Conduct product testing and analysis results to ensure quality and performance. Investigate technical issues and propose improvement solutions. Prepare technical documents and presentations for design reviews. Coordinate with related departments throughout the product development process.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related fields. New graduates are welcome; 2–3 years of experience in product development or testing is an advantage. Possess expertise in wire harness design, routing, and layout. Good command of English; Japanese language skills are a plus. Knowledge of electric home appliance products is preferred. Using CAD for 2D/3D automotive design wire harness routing and Layout with engineering & technical knowhow according to customer requirement. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
