Lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, design, integrations, technical governance, and implementation strategy. Strong expertise across multiple modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITAM, etc. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
