Social Law Legal Counsel (6-month Internship)

Haddad Brands Europe, founded in 2017, specializes in the distribution of children's textiles under exclusive licenses (Nike, Levi’s, Converse, Jordan, Lacoste…) throughout Europe.

Operational for 9 years, the company is experiencing meteoric growth and already has more than 500 employees distributed throughout Europe.

We distribute our products both in wholesale, to major specialized or multi-brand players, and in Retail, via our corners in department stores.

Concretely, this means that if you buy children's textiles (0-7 years for Nike, 0-16 years for Levi’s, Converse and Jordan), whether in a physical store, online, in the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Italy or elsewhere in Europe, the product you are holding in your hands has necessarily passed through us, even if you buy it in an official Nike or Levi’s store!

We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel - Social Law for an apprenticeship or internship within the headquarters based in La Plaine Saint Denis (stade de France).

THE MISSIONS:

Within the Europe Human Resources Department, and reporting to the Social Relations Manager, you will participate in structuring projects with a strong strategic and international dimension.

Social relations & social dialogue

• Prepare meetings for staff representative bodies: CSE, CSSCT, CSE Commission
• Prepare collective negotiations
• Participate in the management of individual and (pre)litigation files (contract terminations)
• Advise HR / operational staff
• Conduct legal studies and analyses
• Contribute to the drafting of legal monitoring
• Update shared tools and supports as well as the administrative filing of files
• Preparation of the 2027 professional elections
• Manage the disciplinary part

International HR projects

• Legal monitoring in European social law
• Benchmarking HR practices within the different entities
• Contribution to the harmonization of group HR policies

CSR & sustainable performance

• Contribution to the structuring of social indicators
• Benchmarking ESG practices
• Participation in the European CSR roadmap
• Contribution to projects related to extra-financial reporting obligations (CSRD)

THE PROFILE SOUGHT:

• Master 2 HR / Social Law / Business School
• Professional English and / or Spanish
• Analytical rigor and synthesis skills
• Interest in international issues and CSR
• Curiosity, autonomy, sense of responsibility

EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS

Where: Position based in St-Denis, right next to the Stade de France and 5 min walk from the RER
