MARKETING ASSISTANT

The Outgrower Staff provides administrative, marketing, and field support to the Outgrower Supervisor in managing relationships with outgrowers, coordinating produce collection and delivery, monitoring market conditions, and supporting the marketing and sale of agricultural products. The position assists in ensuring that outgrower production is properly documented, market opportunities are identified, and agreed prices, volumes, and delivery schedules are properly coordinated.

Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Forestry, or a related field. Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in outgrower programs, agricultural operations, farm management, marketing, sales, or field coordination.
