Minimum education:
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- Minimum 5 years of work experience with NGOs or the private sector in volunteer engagement, event management, donor engagement.

- Experience in coordinating, recruiting and managing volunteers and logistics for hosting and engaging volunteers.
