Gelato Server / Cashier
About the role We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented Gelato Sales & Service Staff to join our team at our outlet in Kerobokan, Bali. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating in English, enjoys interacting with customers, and is able to provide a welcoming and positive service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain gelato flavors, products, ingredients, and recommendations to customers.
- Serve gelato and other products according to company standards.
- Handle customer orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the outlet.
- Restock products and assist with daily outlet operations.
- Handle customer questions and basic complaints professionally.
- Support promotional and sales activities at the outlet.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and service procedures.
About you
- Maximum 26 yo.
- Good spoken English is required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, proactive, and positive personality.
- Neat, clean, and well-groomed, in line with our hygiene and uniform standards.
- Comfortable interacting with customers.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Available to join as soon as possible.
