Your future field of responsibility
- Greeting and looking after our guests as the first point of contact at the reception
- Ensuring a smooth process from check-in to check-out
- Communication and coordination with all departments for optimal guest care
- Responsibility for cash handling and correct billing at the Front Office
- Fulfilling individual guest requests with commitment, attention, and service orientation
Your profile
- Completed training in the hotel industry or initial professional experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest service
- High degree of service orientation and the ability to convey a genuine feeling of welcome to guests
- Good English skills in speaking and writing for daily communication with international guests
- Organizational skills and the ability to master multiple tasks simultaneously - even in stressful situations
