RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will intervene in support of the team in charge of the design and digitalization of the training. Your main missions will be to:

  • review and validate pedagogical synopses in light of the Assistant de direction Professional Title framework;
  • verify the consistency and relevance of the proposed content with the skills expected for the certification;
  • provide your subject matter and pedagogical expertise on the various activities of the title;

PROFILE SOUGHT:

We are looking for a professional:

  • trainer for the Assistant de direction Professional Title, ideally with a good knowledge of the framework and its evaluation methods;
  • having professional experience in executive assistant functions or in a similar environment;
  • mastering the skills and professional situations expected within the framework of the title;
  • capable of analyzing and challenging pedagogical content;
  • comfortable with remote training methods and the digitalization of learning;
  • possessing a level of professional English allowing for the support of content aiming for the B2 level;
  • autonomous, rigorous, and comfortable with collaborative work.
