PROJECT MANAGER

Your tasks

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee full construction project lifecycle, including project planning, scheduling, site execution, progress monitoring and project handover.

1. Manage project budget, cost control, material planning and manpower deployment effectively.

1. Lead site supervisors, engineers and workers to ensure construction quality, safety and work efficiency.

1. Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities for project progress and technical matters.

1. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, tender documents, project schedules and variation order records.

1. Ensure full compliance with MOM safety regulations, BCA requirements and company SOP.

1. Responsible for project timeline control, delay analysis, claim documentation and final project settlement.

1. Conduct regular site inspections, solve on-site technical and operational issues promptly.

Requirements

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of construction site project management experience.

1. Possess relevant construction degree qualification.

1. Familiar with Singapore building standards, BCA & MOM regulations.

1. Strong knowledge in civil & building construction works.

1. Able to manage full project progress, cost and manpower independently.

1. Possess valid safety records (preferred: WSH, SSLC).

1. Candidates with existing valid Singapore work pass or eligible for EP/SP pass are welcome.
