PROJECT ENGINEER/SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Description:

Project Engineer

1. Assist Project Manager for on‑site construction execution, monitor construction work to comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and BCA requirements。
2. Coordinate with suppliers and site teams; follow‑up work progress, material delivery and site technical issues.
3. Attend site coordination meetings, prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, site inspection records.
4. Ensure site compliance with WSH safety regulations, conduct site inspection for safety & quality.
5. Prepare site variation order, support documentation for submission, inspection and project handover & completion.

Senior Project Engineer

1. Independently lead site technical & construction coordination work, support Project Manager for schedule, cost and quality control of building projects。
2. Review construction drawings, technical submission, method statement; resolve complex on‑site technical problems.
3. Liaise with consultants, clients and relevant authorities for technical matters.
4. Evaluate variation orders & site claims.
5. Supervise junior engineers, assign daily work and provide technical guidance.
6. Strictly enforce BCA & WSH requirements for site safety, quality and environmental management.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
2. Minimum 4‑6 years building construction site experience, hands‑on experience in Singapore building projects is highly preferred。
3. Familiar with BCA codes, WSH requirements, local construction contract and variation management.
4. Hands-on experience in diaphragm wall projects
5. Good English written & spoken communication skill; able to prepare site documents & meeting minutes. Familiar with MS Office, Auto‑CAD.
6. Strong capability for site technical troubleshooting, good communication with client, consultant.
7. Possess Supervise Safety Course (SSC) certification will be a plus。
