We are looking for a:

Employee in Quality and Food Safety (m/f/d)

to start at the earliest possible date in full-time (38 hours).

These are your tasks

• Processing of specifications and declarations of conformity, primarily for the private label sector (national and international)
• Creation of declarations, primarily for the private label sector (national and international) including the US market
• Support with retail tenders
• Maintenance of online QA platforms for private label customers
• Cooperation with testing institutes
• Contact person for private label customers for the quality assurance area
• Processing of customer inquiries and consumer complaints
• Participation and support in various audits (IFS Food, Broker, RFA, Bio, RSPO)
• Creation and revision of QM documents
• Implementation of releases and blocks

This is what you bring with you

• Completed studies in food technology, nutritional science, food chemistry, food engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in quality assurance and quality management in the manufacturing sector of the food industry, preferably in a company in the confectionery industry
• Knowledge of food law
• Knowledge of project work and listing processes for private label customers
• Analytical skills and a structured, systematic, and independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team
• Audit experience
• Proficient MS-Office skills
• Good ERP knowledge (preferably GUS)
• High degree of initiative and personal responsibility
• Very good English skills
