Digital Systems Support and QA

The international fashion company M&H is looking for a Digital Systems Support and QA for the digital team in the Information Systems department. The role includes supporting an e-commerce site project and interfaces/processes between the site and the company's core systems. As part of the role:

• Support for faults and operational problems in various systems and interfaces
• Identifying bugs, testing them with development teams in Israel and abroad, and monitoring after the fix
• Performing acceptance testing for new developments
• Close work with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders

• Previous experience in the e-commerce field or background in working with interfaces and integrations – Mandatory
• High level of English – speaking, reading, and writing – Mandatory
• Experience working with Shopify or MS BC ERP – Advantage
• Systems thinking alongside attention to small details and high precision
• High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team
• High self-learning ability and independent task management
