ENGINEERING AND MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

The position is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the facilities maintenance team in project areas in the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment. FMO is responsible for ensuring that the electrical system, mechanical equipment, plumbing system, civil works and other auxiliary system in the property are all in good working condition. Qualifications/Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Management and Technology or equivalent
• With at least 4 years of experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance Management, Building Management or equivalent
