Then this opportunity is made for you. We are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician (M/F) ready to take on technical and human challenges within an international environment.

Your mission: Integrated into a friendly team of 16 employees, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the IT systems of our European sites (France, Germany, United Kingdom, Italy), while being based in France. At the heart of the user experience, you will work on varied and stimulating missions:

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (workstations, peripherals, etc.);
  • Provide N1/N2 technical support to users (remotely and on-site);
  • Diagnose, resolve, and follow up on incidents;
  • Manage and supervise the IT fleet (inventory, monitoring, remote control);
  • Write guides and procedures to facilitate the use of tools;
  • Support and train users on a daily basis;
  • Participate in continuous improvement and technological monitoring.

The profile we are looking for:

  • Bac +2 level training preferred in IT
  • Motivated beginner or someone with a first successful experience in IT support
  • Autonomy, rigor, and curiosity are your strengths
  • You are comfortable in English (international context)
  • You know Windows environments (client/server) and ideally VMware
