Quality and Stock Management Manager M/F

MISSIONS

We are recruiting a Quality & Stock Management Manager M/F in Montereau-sur-le-Jard (77) for the launch of the new Zalando warehouse. Responsible for the ICQA (Inventory Control Quality Assurance) department. Your main missions consist of:

• Supervising a team in charge of stock control, quality, and consumables management operations.
• Ensuring client relations on all subjects related to stocks, quality, and consumables.
• Promoting a safety culture and guaranteeing compliance with current standards for a safe working environment.
• Organizing regular inventories and random audits, in connection with site and client requirements.
• Measuring stock accuracy and process quality, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring follow-up with operational teams.
• Managing shift planning and the distribution of daily missions.
• Identifying root causes of discrepancies via structured analyses and implementing necessary corrective actions.
• Analyzing process defects and developing continuous improvement plans.
• Contributing to the optimization of operations, while supporting the skill development of the team.
• Evaluating and developing team members through personalized support, regular feedback, and recognition.

PROFILE

• University degree (minimum Bac +3 level) or professional equivalent.
• Good level of English (written and oral)
• Experience in stock management, implementation, and optimization strategies.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to analyze and organize large amounts of data.
• High autonomy, rigor, sense of priorities, and the ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
• Strong analytical capacity
• Demonstrated ability to influence various stakeholders, including at high levels of responsibility.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to quickly master new software tools or analysis systems.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
