Packing Employee at IKEA (123054002)

As a Logistics Packing Employee, you will work in the modern IKEA distribution center in Oosterhout, operated by GXO Logistics. You can earn up to €17.27 gross per hour including allowances. On Saturdays, this increases to €22.70. You will work as a Logistics Packing Employee, where you will pack products neatly, complete orders, and prepare everything for shipment. You will work in Oosterhout, which is easily accessible from Breda, Roosendaal, Tilburg, Dordrecht, and Zwijndrecht. Using a handscanner and EPT, you will collect orders, check products for quality, and ensure everything is in the correct place. As a Logistics Packing Employee, you will work together with your team to keep the warehouse neat and safe. You will work in a 3-shift system, so you will have flexible working hours. No two days are the same: one moment you are sealing products, the next you are checking if everything is correct for shipment. You work accurately, think in solutions, and help make customers happy with their orders. • Night: Monday – Friday (22.00 – 06.00).
• Afternoon: Monday – Saturday (14.00 – 22.00, on Saturday: 13.30 – 21.15).

You are looking for a job as a Logistics Packing Employee. You do not need to have experience, as long as you are motivated! You speak and understand English, as that is the working language in the team. Accuracy and collaboration are important. It is a plus if you have previously worked with an EPT or handscanner, but it is not required. You are flexibly deployable because you work in shift patterns and help out where needed. You enjoy achieving results together and you pick up new tasks quickly.
