Not only are we offering flexible hours, but this is also supporting one of our newest GXO locations in Breda . An independent and versatile HR role within an international logistics environment, where you are the HR point of contact for the site and work closely with operations, management and the regional HR team.

You will be working at one of our most important customer locations, where there is plenty of room to make an impact and help build a growing organization.

As an HR Advisor, you are the point of contact for managers and employees, you are part of the MT and you interact directly with the Site Manager, among other things.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to actively and visibly contribute to various developments within HR and personnel policy.

What does your day look like as an HR Advisor?

• You will be involved in advising, supporting and coaching managers on inflow, throughput and outflow themes on the sites.
• You ensure that central HR themes land well in the organization and you provide input for new or adjusted policy from daily practice.
• You are involved in monitoring and analysing available HR data daily, adjusting and/or initiating improvements.
• You advise management on capacity issues; you are actively involved in the selection for key positions and advise on the application of employment conditions.
