As a Continuous Improvement Manager at GXO Logistics in Tilburg, you will implement Lean programs and coach teams toward structural improvements.

As a Continuous Improvement Manager at GXO Logistics, you will play a key role in introducing Lean principles at our Tilburg location. You will work closely with operational teams on sustainable process improvements that strengthen the performance of our Fashion & Retail client.

What will you do?

• Implement and roll out the Lean program at the Tilburg site, focusing on operational performance, quality, and efficiency
• Provide Lean training and coach teams in methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, Gemba, and structured problem-solving
• Standardize processes together with Operations and QESH and keep work instructions current and practical
• Develop and coach the onsite training team, including supporting the Team Lead and eight trainers
• As a trusted partner, share best practices, facilitate collaboration, and promote a culture of continuous improvement

What do you bring?

• A university degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
• Work experience in a Continuous Improvement role within 3PL logistics or a similar complex operational environment
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies, including Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and process improvement
• Experience in coaching and training teams to promote operational excellence
• Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage
