Employee (m/f/d) Corporate Communications - fixed-term parental leave replacement

To strengthen our Corporate Communications team, we are looking for a new colleague starting on 01.08.2026. The employment is within the framework of a parental leave replacement and is fixed-term until the return of the job holder, currently expected until February 2028. The weekly working time is 37 hours. A requirement is the willingness to work on Saturdays (1-2 times per month); a five-day week is ensured.
Your Tasks
You will actively help shape the external image of GWG and contribute to increasing our brand awareness as well as the positive positioning of our company. In doing so, you are responsible for the target group and market-oriented presentation of our offers. You inform and advise new and existing customers regarding our housing portfolio and our services. Your workplace is our "Wohngucker" – the shop for apartment seekers.
- Develop and implement communication strategies
- Organize and conduct GWG events (e.g., summer festival, match day presentations, neighborhood actions, GWG parties for employees, etc.)
- Support in the area of donations and sponsoring: participation in sponsoring events, contact person for match day presentations, development of target-group-oriented actions with sponsoring partners
- Communication with external service providers (agencies, photographers, etc.) and network partners
- Support with editorial work; writing texts for print products, online articles, tenant magazines, etc.
- Support in the concept and design of online content and print media
- Creating content for Social Media
- Support with image and video editing
- Personal communication with prospective tenants and tenants: initial contact, presentation of the GWG offer portfolio, and forwarding concerns to the housing management department
- Support for prospective tenants during the online application process
Your Profile
- Training as a Marketingkaufmann/-kauffrau or Veranstaltungskaufmann/-kauffrau
- Experience in the field of marketing/public relations as well as graphics/design
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365 applications (especially Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Flexibility and communication skills
- Independent, customer-oriented way of working
- Ability to cooperate
- Strong sense of organization and team spirit
- Good English skills
- Class B driver's license and the willingness to drive service vehicles as part of the fulfillment of duties
