RESIDENT ENGINEER

Job Description:

1. To assist QP(S)/SRE carry out supervision under the BCA Act 2. Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with

other consultants and contractors. 3. Lead the site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by the client and/or project consultants. 4. To attend the site/technical meeting

1. To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and

structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural recognized by PE Board Singapore. 2. Must have at least 3 years experience supervising underground MRT works experience. 3. Strong knowledgement of Civil & Structural details, working drawings and MRT construction. 4. Must be conversant with local building codes and regulations. 5. Good supervisory and leadership skills. 6. Possess RE Cert
