- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3–5 years(or more) of relevant experience in M & E-Systems design, installation, or maintenance.
- Experience in construction, building services, or facilities management projects in Singapore
- Familiar with local codes such as Building and Construction Authority (BCA)requirements.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection, plumbing, and ACMV systems
- Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM (e.g., Revit), and MS Office.
- Design, review, and coordinate M&E systems for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and authorities
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
- Knowledge of workplace safety standards and WSHregulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Singapore project experience is highly preferred.
- Prepare, submit, and track monthly progress claims in accordance with contract requirements
- Measure and verify completed M&E works on-site for claim submissions
- Liaise with main contractors, consultants, and clients to certify work done
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and ensure accuracy before recommendation
- Monitor project budget, cost control, and cash flow related to M&E works
- Handle variation orders (VO), including cost estimation and supporting documentation
- Preference will begiven to candidates who can start work immediately and are currently based in Singapore.
