Junior Controller (m/f/d)

to strengthen our team at the Böklund location.

What to expect:

• Calculation of tenders and product developments
• Preparation of monthly financial statements and support in budget planning
• Preparation of ad-hoc analyses, target-actual comparisons, and performance of variance analyses
• Determination, preparation, and analysis of relevant key figures
• Regular reporting to the plant management and group controlling
• Performance of ROI and profitability analyses, including the derivation of recommendations for action
• Identification of potential for earnings improvement and cost reduction
• Active participation in the conceptual further development and optimization of controlling processes and systems, as well as collaboration in cross-departmental projects

What you bring:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling
• Initial practical experience in Controlling is an advantage
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and optionally Access
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Independent and efficient way of working
• Open communication style and teamwork skills
