We are an international brand specializing in the sale of bags and accessories made of high-quality leather. We are currently looking for a Store Manager (m/f/d) for our showroom in Poznań (Posnania Shopping Center). Your tasks Managing and developing a sales team of 3-4 people.

Motivating employees and conducting sales coaching.

Achieving set sales targets and taking care of store results.

Ensuring the highest quality of customer service.

Ensuring attractive product display in accordance with brand standards.

Planning work schedules and organizing the daily functioning of the store.

Implementing local promotional activities.

Monitoring store results and reporting to the Regional Manager.

Who are we looking for? A person who communicates fluently in English, both spoken and written – daily contact with the company headquarters and work with internal tools are conducted in English.

A person with experience in a manager, deputy manager, or team leader position in retail.

A candidate with developed sales skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

A leader who can motivate the team and build a positive working atmosphere.

A communicative, responsible, and well-organized person.

A person who can easily operate a cash register and a payment terminal.

A candidate with good knowledge of the Google Workspace environment (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).

A person who can work with sales and warehouse systems – controlling stock levels, fulfilling orders, and efficiently navigating programs that support daily store operations.
