Your tasks
- Customer Refunds: Process customer refunds accurately and handle related inquiries in a timely, friendly manner.
- Invoice Management: Manage, verify, and check invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Financial Reconciliation: Check and reconcile financial records to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Travel Expenses: Handle and review travel expense reports for the office team.
- Accounting Helpdesk: Support internal and external queries through our accounting helpdesk.
- Team Support: Assist the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excel Skills: Very good Excel skills (this is a key requirement for the role).
- Accounting Knowledge: Basic accounting knowledge or previous experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and precision in financial processes.
- Software: Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Communication: Good written and spoken communication skills for working with colleagues and external contacts.
- Mindset: Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
