Job Description:

• Possess an understanding of laboratory testing methods and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of patient data in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Understand and implement proper management of hazardous and toxic waste (B3).
• Have knowledge of laboratory equipment calibration and quality control processes.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures skillfully and in compliance with standard protocols.
• Prepare and handle laboratory samples accurately and according to standard procedures.
• Prepare laboratory test reports that are clear, complete, accurate, and in compliance with established standards.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
• Possession of a valid professional license/registration (e.g., STR).
• Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and work under supervision.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and laboratory information systems (LIS).
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
