Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Supporting the deployment team leaders in the planning, preparation, supervision, and follow-up of worldwide service assignments and new machine installations
• Maintaining contacts with customers, representatives, service technicians, and our international service and sales locations
• Supporting the organization, order confirmation, and commercial tasks regarding the worldwide assignments of the service technicians
• Preparation of offers and order confirmations
• Visa processing and determination of key figures

Your profile

• Training as an Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Bürokaufmann (m/f/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/f/d)
• 2–3 years of professional experience desirable
• SAP and MS Office skills
• English language skills
• Independence, partner-oriented communication skills, and teamwork skills
