We are looking for a

Spare Parts Salesperson in the field of Mechanical Engineering (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Receipt and processing of inquiries and orders
• Complete processing in SAP from entry to shipment of the delivery
• Determination of prices and delivery times
• Processing of complaints and returns
• Facilitating technical clarification
• Communication with customers and internal departments
• Creation of debit and credit notes

Your profile

• Completed training as Industriekaufmann (m/f/d)
• Professional experience desirable
• SAP and MS-Office knowledge
• Very good English language skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Conflict and communication skills
• Teamwork skills
