For the Vilsbiburg location, we are looking for:

V&V Manager (m/f/d) Interior

Your tasks:

• Development and optimization of functional areas or concepts in the Automotive environment
• Creation of concepts, specifications, offers, and calculations
• Planning, execution, and evaluation of tests as well as derivation of improvement measures
• Control and coordination of development projects until series maturity
• Coordination with internal departments, customers, and suppliers
• Optimization of development processes and technical standards
• Technical leadership of project teams and presentation of results
• Creation of technical documentation and project reports

Your qualifications:

• University or technical college degree or comparable qualification
• 3–5 years of professional experience
• Experience in development and/or production in the Automotive sector
• Experience in leading V-Modell/development projects
• Good English skills
