For the Schwäbisch Hall location, we are looking for:

Supply Chain Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Main contact person for Purchasing in development projects
• Independent planning and control of milestones along the standard lead times of all items and parts, including scheduling of feasibility studies, bill of materials releases, and technical drawings
• Preparation and presentation of the project status in Purchasing to management, project management, and internal interfaces
• Ensuring the timely delivery of all deliverables through continuous milestone tracking and structured review meetings within the project team
• End-to-end monitoring of all purchasing components to ensure a smooth and timely production start-up
• Initiation, management, and follow-up of corrective and escalation measures (including Shopfloor-Management in Purchasing) in the event of deviations in schedule, quality, or cost
• Cross-functional prioritization of the responsible parts and product groups as well as active coordination with all involved specialist departments to ensure project goals

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of relevant professional experience in Purchasing and/or Project Management
• Sound experience in technical Purchasing, preferably in project-oriented business
• Business fluent English in speaking and writing
• Very good MS-Office skills; SAP knowledge is desirable
• Strong communication and presentation skills, high organizational competence, and strong analytical thinking skills
• Demonstrable result- and customer orientation, confident appearance in challenging situations, as well as high conflict resolution and assertiveness skills
