SR (SO) IS Support / Lifecycle Management (m/f/d) (Cyber-Security-Consultant)

For the Munster location, we are looking for:

SR (SO) IS Support / Lifecycle Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Execution of lifecycle management for all IT systems within the information domains of 1GNC, including planning, procurement, deployment, maintenance, optimization, and decommissioning
• Monitoring of obsolescence and development of strategies for upgrades and replacement measures
• Support and maintenance of the current CIS infrastructure at 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL), ICCW Staff Branches, subordinate units, as well as external national and international partners

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT lifecycle management
• Experience in multinational working environments
• ITIL Foundation certificate
• Experience and training in ITSM tools (e.g., Service Now)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English skills (Level 3332)
• Optional: Knowledge of strategic and tactical communication networks (NLD, DEU, NATO)
• Optional: Experience in military divisions/corps
• Optional: Experience in budget management
• Optional: NATO Networking Infrastructure, NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation (ETOC courses)
• Optional: MS SharePoint User Training
