For the Vilsbiburg location, we are looking for:

Specialist Manufacturing Line Planning (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Planning and implementation of production equipment and processes for existing and new products at international locations
• Participation in innovation, technology, and organization projects
• Further development of production processes and standards according to the current state of the art
• Evaluation of production concepts with regard to feasibility, costs, and risks, as well as derivation of alternative solutions
• Close cooperation with plant functions as well as coordination and reporting to project and line managers
• Creation of process-FMEA as well as participation in product-FMEA
• Creation of specifications and requirement catalogs for equipment as well as technical coordination with suppliers
• Support of equipment procurement, acceptance tests, and process handovers
• Implementation of analyses for process optimization and implementation of improvement measures

Your qualifications:

• University or technical college degree or comparable training in, e.g., Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Good English skills
• High teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness for national and international business trips (approx. 25–50 %)
• Goal orientation, conflict management skills, and analytical thinking
• Holistic, process-oriented thinking
• Project management competence and strong problem-solving orientation
