Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the creation of concepts for systems and subsystems
• Responsible execution of Technical Management within the framework of proposal processing and system development
• Responsibility for the execution of requirements analysis and management
• Responsibility for the creation of specifications
• Responsibility for the execution of system integration and error detection
• Responsibility for the execution of system tests
• Responsible creation of quantity structures and schedules
• Responsible execution of technical proposal presentations at customer sites
• Responsible execution of the negotiation of technical content with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Functional leadership of the technical development team
• Responsible execution of the definition, planning, and control of work packages (AS-IS/TO-BE)
• Responsible coordination or creation of essential system documents
• Responsible execution of technical reviews and audits
• Responsible execution of technical risk management/claim management
• Responsible representation of the project internally and externally
• Responsible control of progress rate and resource outflow
• Responsibility for the creation of technical decision templates (e.g., Make or buy)
• Responsible creation of test concepts and documents
• Responsible planning and execution of internal and external acceptances
• Responsible planning and coordination of system qualification with external bodies (e.g., environment, EMC, functional safety)
• Responsible management of suppliers and subcontractors
• Responsible execution of reporting as well as presentation of development results in project status meetings

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical degree
• Several years of professional experience in a technical department
• Experience in the technical management of projects
• High intercultural competence
• Business fluent English skills (spoken and written), especially technical English
• Willingness to travel worldwide
