Safety Manager (m/f/d) (Sicherheitsmanager/in)
For the Bremen location, we are looking for:
Safety Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Contact person for project and product teams regarding system/product safety and the resulting requirements and processes
- System analysis to identify hazards and risks as well as suitable countermeasures
- Evaluation of safety concepts and architectures as part of the overall system requirements
- Derivation of Safety requirements for the various technical disciplines (Hardware, Software, and Mechanik) from customer requirements and own analyses
- Creation of documents relevant for release
- Monitoring and evaluation of compliance with processes required to achieve safety goals
- Collaboration in the planning of verification and validation of products • Evaluation of verification and validation results regarding the achievement of safety goals
- Creation of development-accompanying safety documentation
- Implementation of impact analyses for product changes/improvements
- Responsibility for the safety-relevant internal and external interfaces (e.g., customers, suppliers, and other development partners, but also auditors)
- Further development of in-house methods and processes for the implementation of the respective Safety norms within development projects
- Collaboration in superior committees (e.g., CoC Safety, working groups of the BAAINBw)
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical studies (Diplom, Master) (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, or Informatik)
- Initial experience in the application of the Produktsicherheitsgesetz
- Knowledge in SysML/UML as well as modern SW development and testing methods
- Confident handling of various analysis tools
- Knowledge and experience in the areas of quality and configuration management
- Business fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to derive concrete requirements for projects from norms and standards
- Experience in moderating interdisciplinary teams
- Quick comprehension as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
- Ability for conflict management
- Willingness to travel worldwide
