Clerk Supplier Capacity and Bottleneck Management (m/f/d) (Clerk - Logistics)

For the Affalterbach location, we are looking for:

Clerk Supplier Capacity and Bottleneck Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent responsibility for the assigned Commodity (e.g., Fahrwerk, Rohbau…) as well as for the associated suppliers within the framework of comprehensive supplier management
• Ensuring the worldwide supply of production plants with vehicle parts
• Functioning as a central contact person for capacity-related issues towards the plants, internal interfaces, and suppliers
• Development of preventive measures to secure the supply for upcoming vehicle launches as well as management of the bottleneck management of your own Commodity in close coordination with suppliers and production plants
• Preparation and reporting of supply-critical topics to top management in internal and external committees
• Application of established methods and procedures for capacitive supplier development, including logistical on-site inspections

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production and Logistics, or comparable training
• Several years of experience in the management of global supply chains from suppliers
• Leading projects in the supplier environment, pre-structuring project content, detailing and defining individual work steps/packages, as well as creating schedule, budget, and process plans
• Confident handling of presentation/moderation techniques, as well as a high degree of integration ability and assertiveness
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
