Project Quality Manager (m/f/d) (Quality Manager)
For the Bremen location, we are looking for:
Project Quality Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Responsible for the specification, establishment, and control of quality measures in offers and projects
- Responsible for communication regarding quality-relevant issues with customers, ZtQ, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring compliance with all processes in projects
- Independent assessment of the project/product status for company- and department-internal reporting
- Responsible for the creation, establishment, and maintenance of the quality management plan, the test sequence plan, and the document overview
- Responsible for the initiation and creation of the test and acceptance planning
- Responsible for the planning, preparation, and documentation of Quality Gates (QG)
- Responsible for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Engineering Reviews (ER)
- Monitoring the implementation of defined measures from the ER and QG
- Responsible for the coordination of reviews of project documents as well as their release
- Participation in the creation of project-related documents (e.g., development plan, test plan, integration and verification plan)
- Participation/implementation of preliminary tests/tests with customers and suppliers
- Co-decision in the selection of suppliers and participation in supplier audits
- Responsible for defining quality criteria for orders with suppliers
- Checking and releasing orders with regard to quality requirements
- Responsible for the coordination, implementation, and decision on the release of initial sample inspections at and with suppliers
- Responsible for production and series release at suppliers
- Responsible for the coordination, implementation, and decision on production release at RME
- Responsible for the decision to release for product testing by the customer
- Checking and releasing test certificates, incoming goods inspections, and release for delivery to customers
- Responsible for the complaint and rejection of services in case of non-fulfillment
- Responsible for the preparation of all information for assessing product conformity as a decision-making aid for authorized signatories
- Responsible for the issuance of mill test certificates and other product certificates
- Co-decision on the tolerance of defective purchased parts
- Co-decision on the release of change requests
- Responsible for reporting the results from ER, QG, as well as customer acceptances or delivery inspections into the department-internal ticket tools
- Responsible for the planning and estimation of services of a Project Quality Manager (m/f/d) for future projects within the framework of offers
- Responsibility for assigned project cost centers, participation in Cost-to-Complete
- Collaboration in and moderation of project- and department-wide quality measures (4D, 8D, kvp)
Your qualifications:
- Completed technical Bachelor's degree or comparable
- Several years of relevant experience in project-related quality management
- Application knowledge of QM and development standards
- Practical experience in the methods of system/hardware/software development
- Practical experience in verification and test methods
- Very good knowledge of test sequences/methods as well as review/audit techniques
- Business fluent English skills (spoken and written)
- Goal-oriented and independent way of working
- Confident appearance and communication behavior at all company levels
- Ability to handle conflict
- Willingness to travel worldwide
