For the Vilsbiburg location, we are looking for:
Project Quality Manager (m/f/d) Automotive
Your tasks:
- Creation and monitoring of project plans (cost, resource, and schedule planning) as well as initiation of measures in case of deviations
- Ensuring product development that meets schedule, cost, and quality requirements from the concept phase to series production
- Participation in risk analyses as well as evaluation of changes with regard to costs, quality, and risks
- Definition of project organizations, selection of suitable project employees, and determination of tasks and interfaces
- Control and monitoring of project budgets as well as ensuring compliance with project key figures
- Interface function between internal and external stakeholders (e.g., project management, customers, suppliers, specialist departments)
- Creation, review, and presentation of project reports as well as final documentation
- Functional leadership of project employees and sub-project managers
- Optimization and further development of processes, methods, and systems (e.g., Lessons Learned)
- Coordination of technical and quality-relevant requirements with customers as well as participation in tender and contract processes
- Support in supplier selection as well as support regarding quality requirements
- Implementation of maturity assessments and project reviews
- Planning, implementation, and documentation of internal process audits
- Coordination of initial samples with customers
- Analysis of quality problems as well as definition and monitoring of measures
- Evaluation of quality-relevant data and development of improvement measures
- Support of FMEA processes
- Leading quality discussions
- Development and implementation of quality concepts for new developments
- Control and monitoring of quality processes as well as decisions in special and borderline cases
Your qualifications:
- Completed studies (TU/FH) or Meister with additional qualification in quality management (e.g., Qualitätsmanager)
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 5–7 years) in the quality area, ideally in the automotive or supplier industry
- Knowledge in project management as well as in problem-solving techniques
- Very good English skills
- Strong process-oriented and holistic thinking
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and conflict management skills
- Customer orientation as well as economic thinking and acting
- Analytical and structured way of working
