For the Bremen location, we are looking for:

Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent conception, planning, and control of projects in the field of Technical Documentation
• Project control based on KPIs as well as initiation of measures in case of deviations
• Implementation of risk and opportunity assessments during the project lifecycle
• Functional leadership and further development of project teams
• Customer support as well as conduct of contract negotiations
• Creation, control, and monitoring of work packages
• Resource planning within the team
• Leading internal and external project meetings
• Compilation of deliveries for the client
• Implementation of Cost-to-Complete calculations
• Monitoring of workflows and processes
• Implementation of internal and external project reporting
• Ensuring quality, budget, and deadlines
• Maintenance of project management tools
• Collaboration with the PMO
• Optimization of existing processes
• Creation of technical and commercial proposal documents

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• Experience in project management
• Ideally experience in Technical Documentation
• Knowledge of relevant ASD specifications
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Very good English skills
• Strong communication skills and social competence
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Creativity and teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel
• Interest in military vehicles and technical documentation
• High self-motivation and flexibility
