Project Management Support Defect Management (m/f/d) (Project Assistant)

For the Affalterbach location, we are looking for:

Project Management Support Defect Management (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Support for project management and tracking of Defect Management Software & E/E
• Presentation of the defect situation in dashboards and in management documents (MS Powerpoint, MS Excel)
• Communication with defect resolution managers and ticket assignees
• Operation of reporting systems as well as preparation of documents and overviews
• Reliable monitoring of all deadlines

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable training with a specialist focus on Software and E/E
• Confident handling of Defect Management systems such as STARC, JIRA, ZEUS, etc.
• Very good communication skills
• Knowledge in the handling/creation of dashboards (data analysis/statistics)
• Business fluent English in spoken and written form
