Structure and Change Manager Senior II (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Development and optimization of assemblies in the interior area up to series maturity
• Creation and maintenance of development bills of materials and product structures
• Assembly coordination with internal and external specialist departments
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Change management as well as cost and schedule evaluation
• Analysis of development, pre-series, and series parts
• Coordination of maturity level increases and quality measures
• Collaboration in FMEA, quality planning, and Lessons Learned
• Support in technical decisions and process optimizations
• Supervision and further development of junior employees

Your qualifications:

• Technical degree, technician, master craftsman, or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in product development or assembly development
• English skills (B2)
