For the Vilsbiburg location, we are looking for:

Manufacturing Line Planning Frontend Employee (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Planning and realization of production processes and production lines for existing and new products
• Management and coordination of sub-projects including responsibility for goals, deadlines, and costs
• Monitoring of project execution based on key figures and checklists
• Creation, maintenance, and alignment of equipment and schedule plans
• Planning, procurement, and commissioning of equipment and production systems
• Creation of specifications, requirement catalogs, and technical concepts
• Creation of manufacturing plans, process flow diagrams, and manufacturing layouts
• Implementation and control of the taktting of production cells
• Implementation of equipment acceptance and handover
• Implementation of optimization projects and continuous improvements
• Implementation of complex analyses for process and production optimization
• Identification and assessment of project risks as well as reporting
• Negotiations with internal and external suppliers (technology, deadlines, content)
• Creation and implementation of training as well as internal documentation
• Support with FMEA (product and process FMEA)
• Collaboration on acquisition and development projects
• Support with standardization and further development of production processes

Your qualifications:

• Completed university or technical college degree or comparable training
• 5–7 years of professional experience in the relevant production or industrial sector
• Experience in production planning, production processes, or industrialization
• Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and their interaction
• Experience in project work and sub-project management
• Very good English skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Independent, structured, and analytical way of working
• High resilience, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills
• Willingness for conceptual work as well as international activities
