For the Vilsbiburg location, we are looking for:

Employee Design Responsible Lead CAD Senior (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Development and design of complex interior assemblies from the concept phase to series production readiness
• Technical leadership and coordination of international design teams as well as management of development projects
• Creation and maintenance of 3D-CAD models, technical drawings, and product data
• Responsibility for space concepts, tolerance analyses, as well as design of components and fasteners
• Processing of change management and execution of approval processes
• Execution of FMEA, risk analyses, as well as ensuring quality and development standards
• Coordination with internal specialist departments, suppliers, and development partners
• Creation of technical documentation and support with concepts, specifications, and customer requirements

Your qualifications:

• University or technical college degree or comparable qualification
• 5–8 years of professional experience as a design responsible or in a comparable development function
• Experience in Simultaneous Engineering and in the development of complex assemblies
• Good English skills
