Jr. IS Support Training (m/w/d) (Cyber-Security-Consultant)

For the Münster location, we are looking for:

Jr. IS Support Training (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

• Planning and implementation of CIS training for employees and subordinate units regarding IKM tools, information systems, processes, and procedures
• Support and maintenance of the CIS infrastructure at peace locations, employee offices, subordinate units, external national and international authorities, as well as contractors
• Advising on the optimization of technical information flow, including user support and training
• Support for Change, Incident, and Problem Management processes
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders regarding training and infrastructure
• Execution of all tasks at the Münster location

Your qualifications:

• Experience in IT architecture
• Experience in adult education / training
• Experience with TT+ Functional Administrator
• ITIL Foundation certificate
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with MS SharePoint Functional Administrator
• English skills (Level 3332)
• Optional: German skills
• Optional: Knowledge of strategic and tactical communication networks (NATO, DEU, NLD)
• Optional: Experience in military division or corps
• Optional: Training in computer science or electronics
• Optional: NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation, NATO Networking Infrastructure, Digital Communication
